QUERCUS - Cropped Hemp & Bamboo Fleece Hoodie
 
QUERCUS is a cropped hoodie with dropped shoulders, a generous hood and a wide hem band that sits around the upper hips. The different panels are carefully combined to create a flowing, layered design, with the raw edges adding texture and highlighting the construction giving the design its distinctive character. 
 
Made entirely from larger fabric off-cuts, QUERCUS was specifically designed by me to make use of randomly sized fabric remnants left over from other projects and giving these otherwise difficult to use pieces a new purpose and avoid unnecessary waste.
 
Made from a combination of hemp and organic cotton fleece as well as hemp and bamboo fleece. This is a substantial fabric with a soft, brushed inside that makes the hoodie wonderfully warm and cosy to wear. The cuffs and hem are made from bamboo and organic cotton stretch fleece.
 
Hand-dyed in Antique Gold, a rich, earthy and autumnal hue with beautiful variations in tone.
 
QUERCUS is carefully handmade in my atelier in France, with a professional finish throughout.
 
Designed to fit XS to S, and up to a smaller M, with a bust circumference of up to approximately 94 cm.
 
The cropped length and relaxed shape make it easy to layer over your favourite tops.
