Frequently Asked Questions 

Do you provide international delivery?


Yes, I ship worldwide....well maybe not to Antarctica.


ANATJARI is based in the unspoilt countryside of south west France and the country of origin of your garments is therefore also France.

How do I return an item if I need to?

Please contact me at and we can discuss the reason for the return.


Once both Parties are satisfied that a return of an item is the best solution, I will provide the Customer with the postal address to return the item to.

What is your returns policy?


I fairly accept returns for legitimate reasons. 

Please contact me within: 3 days of delivery

Dispatch items back within: 7 days of delivery


I don't accept exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Because of their nature, unfortunately I can't accept returns for the following items:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Intimate items (for health / hygiene reasons)

  • Items on sale

Conditions of return:

Customers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is unfortunately not received back in its original condition, the Customer shall also be responsible for any consequential loss in re-sale value.

ANATJARI can't be held responsible if the returned item gets lost in the post and proof of postage does not serve as proof of delivery.


I would therefore strongly recommend to choose a tracked delivery option with a reputable company.


Do I have to pay customs and import taxes?

Customers are entirely responsible for any and all customs and import taxes that may apply in the country of delivery.


Unfortunately delays due to customs are outside of my control and although ANATJARI always ensures that items have the correct customs documentation, delays sometimes do occur, albeit infrequently.


Such delays, if they do occur, are not the responsibility of ANATJARI.

What are my delivery options?

All orders are send via tracked delivery. This ensures that you can track your order at any time.

I believe receiving and the act of unpacking a garment from ANATJARI should be a pleasure.


Time is always taken to pack garments carefully and with love. However I do not charge for either packaging materials or my time.


Postage is charged at cost and absolutely no mark up is applied. Any difference between the sum paid for postage and the actual cost of the postage will be refunded to the Customer.

ANATJARI is however a small bespoke designer and manufacturer and does not benefit from the economies of scale and reduced postage rates available to large companies selling mass produced garments.

How long is the estimated delivery time?

3 working days within mainland France (Laposte)

7-10 working days within Europe (Collisimo)

10-14 working days rest of the World (Chronopost)


How do I track my order?


You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

How long is the production and processing time?

My production time for made-to-order items is about 2-3 weeks. 

The processing time for ready-to-ship items is

3-5working days.

Custom orders may however take up to 4 weeks to design and manufacture.

I refuse to compromise on the quality of design, materials and craftsmanship in favour of accelerated production rates. There are plenty who do, but my pledge to you is that ANATJARI will never become one of them. 

A hand made garment from ANATJARI should, with the proper care, last many years. When you are still enjoying wearing a garment far into the future; I guarantee that you will have long forgotten the few extra days that you waited to receive it in the first place.
